A Coeliac for over 30 years, Christine knows how hard it is to find good gluten-free products So, a few years ago she made her first batch of luxury Christmas Puddings, packed full of delicious ingredients. The range has now grown and includes, pastry cases, biscuits, fruit cakes and a Sticky Toffee pudding plus many other products.
The Sticky Toffee Pudding was highly commended at The 2010 Foods Matters FreeFrom Food Awards and the Hot Toddy Fruity Cake was also highly commended in last year's awards.
With the help of FoodsMatters, Coeliac UK and lots of very good food producers, it is now easier to make and purchase good gluten-free products. Christine's goal now is to supply the food industry with interesting and tasty products.
